Leslie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#130852), a Certified Somatica® sex and relationship coach, and a San Francisco Sex Information (SFSI)-certified sex educator, as well as the owner of this practice. Leslie has worked with a wide variety of populations, including LGBTQ couples and individuals, adolescents, recently homeless adults, and current and former sex workers. Leslie is passionate about helping people have strong relationships and fantastic sex lives! If you are a mental healthcare provider and would like to learn more about working with sex workers, she also offers a training on Sex Worker-Affirming Care.
Leslie works from a psychodynamic lens, integrating EMDR therapy as needed for recovery from trauma and reduction of symptoms. She uses the Developmental Model in couples therapy, and works from an attachment lens, meaning that she helps people understand the way they relate to others in relationships and helps people feel more connected and secure. She also speaks Spanish.
